First of all, I commend your bravery for being here today. Therapy can feel intimidating at first, especially when you don’t know what to expect. We typically start by me getting to know a little bit about you, what’s bringing you to therapy, and goals you have. Every session after would be based on a topic you’d like to discuss, and we build from there!

Currently I charge $170 for 50 minutes, and $200 for 80 minutes. I am not in-network with any insurances at this time, but can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement (depending on your plan). I have a few reduced-rate spots for those paying completely out of pocket without insurance support.

I recommend meeting either weekly or bi-weekly to start. Any fewer than that, I tend to notice that the lack of momentum prohibits us from truly accomplishing your goals. I have many clients that move to monthly or as-needed once they feel some progress in their overall health and healing.

I am virtual only at this time, so we would meet by way of Zoom. I take all sessions from my home office, and while I do not live alone I ensure that our time together is HIPPA compliant.

While I have gained a lot of tools professionally and personally when it comes to parenting neurodivergent kiddos, I do not have a specified parent curriculum. I do, however, know some really phenomenal (neurodivergent affirming and child led!) folks out there whose entire life’s work is practical curriculum that I could guide you to. From there, we can integrate any of these parenting learnings into our work together, ensuring that this space can be used for your needs as you are actively supporting your family’s needs.

You bet! Since the enneagram is a deeply dynamic, I find it a helpful “launching pad” into a wide variety of self-learning spaces. We would set you up with an enneagram test and simply integrate it into whatever area of focus you’d like to work on. The test is a one-time fee (ranging from $60-$120) for the product itself, and all sessions would be a normal session fee.

Therapy Services: Currently available to Washington State residents only (California coming soon!). I maintain legal session records and can provide invoice receipts with a diagnosis for potential insurance reimbursement. While I can diagnose most DSM-listed mental health disorders for medical and insurance purposes, I cannot formally diagnose ADHD or Autism. However, I can support the referral process for formal diagnoses if desired.
Coaching Services: Open to anyone, regardless of location. Sessions begin with an enneagram test and focus on areas of interest listed on my site, utilizing tools from my master's degree and certifications. Coaching is not therapy and cannot address topics like medication, complex trauma, or suicidal ideation; for these, I can refer you to a local therapist. Coaching does not provide formal diagnoses and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

In the last decade, our understanding of mental health has evolved dramatically, revealing a profound need for holistic and affirming therapeutic care. As we navigate an increasingly complex world, it's clear that traditional approaches often fall short, especially for those who are neurodivergent or marginalized. I have witnessed this first hand, as my own family is neurodiverse.
I do what I do because I personally know how important it is to have a safe space to be just as we are, while also not having to walk this journey of life alone. Health and wellness is not just about addressing symptoms; it’s about nurturing the whole person—mind, body and spirit. It’s about advocating for our world to be more affirming and inclusive, seeing others and ourselves as beautiful and unique.
