About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State and am currently working toward licensure in California. I received my Masters of Science from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA in 2014.

I became licensed in 2018 in Seattle, WA. My supervisors and mentors during that time were incredible humans who highly valued inclusive and affirming care for the LGBTQ+, disabled, and marginalized communities. I supported young adults + young professionals in navigating life transitions, family and romantic relationships, sexual identity exploration, and mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. I also worked with couples, focusing on communication issues and improving intimacy.

After the pandemic, I moved with my family to Sacramento, CA and transitioned my practice to a completely virtual setting. I also expanded my therapy practice to enneagram coaching, integrating tools learned throughout my degree and certifications to support clients nation-wide.

Over the last few years I’ve seen what a need there is for neurodivergent affirming care, especially for individuals who are discovering their neurotype later in life as well as parents raising neurodivergent kiddos. This became incredibly apparent to me during my own son’s autism diagnosis journey. It continues to drive my “why” in providing services to this particular population, and is a subject I am professionally and personally passionate about.

In my time away from the office I enjoy exploring the sunny outdoors with my husband, kiddo, and golden retriever. I’m a huge celebrator, so have always enjoyed the festivities that come with any birthday or holiday. On a typical day of the week, I can be caught listening to Chappell Roan while driving my kiddo to school, or doing mundane household tasks.
